01Who we are (legal notice)
Dasyt (“Dasyt”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Dasyt, tax ID 18-54455128P, with registered office at Online office, Spain, registered in Registro en tramite. Contact: legal@dasyt.com.
This information is provided under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). These terms apply to the website dasyt.com and the web app app.dasyt.com (together, the “Service”).
02Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy (dasyt.com/en/privacy/). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, or older if your country requires a higher minimum age for digital services. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian to buy Dasyt Plus.
03How the contract is formed
- To create a free account, sign up with your email and a password, or with Google, and accept these terms.
- To subscribe to Plus, choose a plan in the app, review the summary with the total price, and confirm the payment. You can correct any input error before confirming.
- We confirm every subscription by email and keep an electronic record of the contract. You can ask us for a copy at any time.
- The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English.
04Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our fault.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.
- Tell us at legal@dasyt.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms also apply to that sign-in.
05What Dasyt is (and isn’t)
Dasyt is a gamified habit tracker: you plan goals, log progress, earn experience points (XP), keep streaks, and take part in Crews, duels and other social features.
Dasyt is a motivational tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, financial or other professional advice. Goals in areas such as Health or Finance are targets you set for yourself; talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or money.
We keep improving Dasyt, so features may change. If a change materially and negatively affects a paid feature you use, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a proportional refund, as provided by consumer law.
06Your content and community rules
You keep ownership of everything you create in Dasyt, such as goals, journal entries, profile details, photos and messages (“Your Content”). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you and to the people you choose to share it with, for as long as it remains on Dasyt.
When using Dasyt, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy and image rights;
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other users;
- upload sexual or violent content, hate speech, or anything that endangers minors;
- impersonate anyone or use another person’s name or photo without permission;
- manipulate XP, streaks, rankings or duels with bots, scripts, multiple accounts or other cheating;
- disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use the Service to send advertising or spam.
Duel stakes (for example, “loser buys brunch”) are informal agreements between users. Dasyt does not process, hold or guarantee them, and they must never involve gambling, money transfers or anything illegal.
We may remove content or restrict features that break these rules. You can report content or users to legal@dasyt.com. In line with the EU Digital Services Act, we review reports diligently, explain our decisions, and let you contest them.
07XP, Sparks and cosmetics
XP, levels, streaks, streak pauses, Sparks, Daily Chest rewards and cosmetic items (“Virtual Items”) are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside Dasyt. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service.
Items in the cosmetic shop are purely visual: they never grant XP, streaks or any competitive advantage. Daily Chests are earned by completing your planned goals; their rewards are random, the possible rewards are described in the app, and no specific reward is guaranteed.
If you buy Sparks or other Virtual Items where this is offered, the price and what you receive are shown before you pay.
08Dasyt Plus
Dasyt has a free plan with no time limit. Dasyt Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features.
- Before you subscribe, we show the plan, the billing period, and the total price including VAT and any other taxes.
- Plus renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or by writing to legal@dasyt.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Plus until then.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
09Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a Dasyt Plus subscription within 14 calendar days of the day you subscribed, without giving any reason, under Articles 102 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish consumer law).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period ends, for example by email to legal@dasyt.com. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method. If you asked for Plus to start during the withdrawal period, we will deduct an amount proportional to the service provided until you told us you were withdrawing.
For digital content supplied immediately and not as an ongoing service (for example, a one-off purchase of Sparks, where offered), the right of withdrawal ends once supply begins, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged this when purchasing.

10Quality and legal guarantee
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. As a consumer, you have the legal conformity rights for digital content and digital services under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/770. If a paid feature does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it within a reasonable time or, where the law provides, offer a price reduction or refund.
We aim to keep Dasyt available at all times, but maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause interruptions. We schedule planned maintenance for quieter hours whenever possible.
11Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses, since Dasyt is for personal use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12Intellectual property
The Dasyt name, logos, design, software, texts and illustrations belong to Dasyt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Apart from the right to use the Service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
13Ending the relationship
You can stop using Dasyt and delete your account at any time in the app or by writing to legal@dasyt.com. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription; periods already started are not refunded, unless you are still within the withdrawal period or the law provides otherwise.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. Except in urgent cases, we will notify you first, explain why and give you the chance to respond. If we close your account without a valid reason, we will refund any prepaid amount for the unused period.
14Privacy and data location
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (dasyt.com/en/privacy/). Dasyt’s servers are located in Europe and your data is stored in the European Union.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then; if you keep using Dasyt afterwards, the new terms apply.
16Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at legal@dasyt.com. We will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. We are not currently adhered to any alternative consumer dispute resolution body.
As a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence.
